These terms cover the website only. They do not grant any licence to Nevalabs software. Use of Corvo or Uggla is governed exclusively by the separate written agreement signed between Nevalabs and the relevant customer; in case of conflict, that agreement prevails for the licensed products.

The content published here — product descriptions, capability claims, customer stories, statistics and news — is provided for general information about our offering. It is not a binding offer, a quotation, a specification, or a warranty of any particular result. Product capabilities, availability and roadmaps may change; items marked as in development are not commercially available.

Customer stories, references and logos are published with the relevant organisation's permission or on the basis of publicly available information, and describe a specific deployment rather than a guaranteed outcome for other projects.

You may view, download and print pages of this site for your own internal, non-commercial evaluation. You may not:

• copy, republish, resell or systematically extract content from the site;
• use automated tools to scrape, crawl at abusive rates, mirror or index the site against our instructions;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its infrastructure or any connected system;

Please do not submit personal data about third parties, special categories of personal data, biometric samples, or confidential material belonging to your employer or customers. Personal data submitted through these forms is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. Submitting a form does not create any contract or obligation for Nevalabs to provide a demo, quotation or service.

All rights in this website — including its text, design, code, images, animations and video, and the Nevalabs, Corvo and Uggla names, logos and other marks — belong to Nevalabs or its licensors and are protected by Turkish and international intellectual property law. Third-party names and logos, including those of partners and customers, remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. No right or licence is granted except as expressly stated in these terms.

The site may link to third-party websites and profiles. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, security or privacy practices. Following such a link is at your own risk.

We aim to keep the site available and its content accurate and up to date, but the site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by Turkish law, we make no warranty that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nevalabs shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business, data or goodwill arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website or any reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Turkish law, including liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or a consumer's statutory rights.

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the site, our services or applicable law. The version published here, with the date shown at the top of the page, is the one that applies to your use of the site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of İstanbul (Bakırköy) shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from the site or these terms, without prejudice to the mandatory rights of consumers to apply to their own competent court or consumer arbitration committee.
